AT GROUP LEVEL:

• Supportive social policy (pleasant working environment, sports coaching, team-building events, remote work arrangements, etc.)
• Sexual and gender-based violence training courses for employees, to raise awareness and educate everyone on these essential notions in this industry.
• Development of empowerment initiatives to promote free and positive sexuality (“Festival X au féminin” since 2021, “Fantasmes” podcasts since 2022...).
• Conducting editorial audits of sites to ensure editorial content is always aligned with brand image and societal expectations.
• Support for charities and social initiatives (hospital foundations, public Assisted Reproduction centers, etc.).
FOR ITS MEDIA ACTIVITIES:
• Application of an editorial charter that is stricter than current regulations or laws, defining prohibitions (themes, practices, situations, behavior, etc.).
• Initiation and financing of an Ethics Charter for French adult content production, which the Group applies.
• Commitment to having 100% of its French and foreign suppliers apply by 2026 a charter at least equivalent to the Ethics Charter for French adult content production (by February 2024, this represents +39% of its suppliers).
• Elaboration and application of the Dorcel Production Code, the company attaches great importance to the protection of artists (requiring the presence of an intimacy coordinator on its productions).
• Group audiovisual production 100% safe sex (full STI testing & condom use)
• Strict protection of minors on its platforms
• Content reporting
• Clear commercial offers with no misleading practices
• Confidentiality, respect for privacy and protection of personal data
FOR ITS RETAIL ACTIVITIES:
• Certification/labeling of certain products (Ecocert, Made in France, Agriculture biologique, Cosmos Organic, etc.) particularly in its well-being ranges
• Implementation of an Ethical Charter for partner manufacturers, defining social, environmental, safety, quality and reliability standards, to be applied by 100% of French and foreign manufacturers by 2026.
• Introduction of biannual audits of major sex toy manufacturers (verification of production processes, working conditions and environmental impact).
• Development of regulations for sexual accessories, in collaboration with AFNOR (first standard for sextoys: ISO 3533).sex (tests IST complets & port du préservatif).
